The Land Cruiser a 4 wheel drive vehicle comes from Japanese manufacture Toyota. The Land Cruiser is the oldest vehicle produced by Toyota. Toyota is a spin off of the Toyoda company found by Kiichiro Toyoda. They started building automobiles in 1937.

The Land Cruiser was inspired by the American Jeep. In 1941 the Imperial Japanese Army got a hold of a Jeep in the Philippines. Impressed by the Jeep’s capabilities the Japanese set out to copy it with some changes to the body design.

The Land Cruiser differs in design from the Jeep with a steel hard top, square body, angled windshield. The front grille can consist of mesh or three horizontal bars.

The engines have changes over the years but the 5-speed manual transmission has remained a constant feature. The transmission send power to a part time 4 wheel drive transfer case. There is both high and low range settings. For the front axle, it is a full floating solid axle design. This particular Land Cruiser is powered by the 1HZ diesel inline six-cylinder engine.

The Camper is from German manufacture Bimobil. The company name come from the double purpose of a pickup truck. In that the truck is both a travel and transportation vehicle. Bimobile is best know for the camper demounting system. This auto-bearing dismounting system is available for most vehicles. About half of the products are made with the dismount system, while the other half is chassis mount campers. The chassis mount is also consider a Class C Motorhome.

Look at this camper you will find on the roof an air conditioner, roof vents and 2 spare tires. There is also a 150 liter fresh water tank. On the inside is a two seat box dinette. On the right side underneath there is an access door that opens to a full width storage area. This camper also has an shower and toilet.

On the exterior there is an awning, rear ladder and a storage box located at the rear. The walls are painted silver with a sandwich reinforced insulated composite.
