I’ve only spent a few hours so far with the book and it’s already sent me into dreaming about adventures and alternate ways of living out on the road. This is a book full of joy, adventure, and high spirits. It is colorful, and imaginative, and these competent and artistic owners/builders will inspire others with their unique homes and lives.

Tiny Homes on the Move: Wheels and Water chronicles modern nomads — people who inhabit homes that are compact and mobile, either on wheels or in the water. In photos and stories, this fascinating book explores modern travelers who live in vans, pickup trucks, buses, trailers, sailboats, and houseboats that combine the comforts of home with the convenience of being able to pick up and go at any time. There are some 90 tiny homes here, either rolling on the road or floating in the water. About half of them are lived in full-time; the other half are used part-time, for trips of varying lengths upon life’s highways and waterways.
