GMC C4500 4×4 Crew Cab Dually Pickup with Kodiak Cab Over Camper

GMC C4500 4×4 Crew Cab dually pickup truck with Kodiak cab over camper. This is one beefy ride. In order for the camper to fit it needed to be raised an additional 9″ to clear the top of the cab. Plenty of room and power.
